OUR SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping for US orders over $49. Shipping is $8 for US orders under $49.

APO, FPO, and international shipping varies by location/country and is calculated at checkout. Additional customs and import fees may apply to international orders. Please note that international orders typically take 10 to 21 business days to be delivered from the time of fulfillment. Business days do not include weekends,or holidays. Depending on your location, your order may take longer than 21 days for delivery due to courier delays.

We currently ship via DHL to Canada, the United Kingdom, and United States.

Our warehouse is closed on weekends as well as the following national holidays, providing well-deserved rest for our extended team: New Year’s Eve/Day, Spring Holiday (April 15), Memorial Day (May 30), Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day (September 5), Thanksgiving Day, Christmas (December 23-26). All orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

If you are not satisfied with your Half Magic order, you can return or exchange your products within 30 days of when you placed the order. Returns (excluding original shipping fees) will be refunded once returned products are received.
